Introduction

The fully hydraulic core drill is a new rig developed by our company based on advanced global technologies of similar equipment. It is primarily used for solid mineral exploration, as well as engineering geology, shallow oil and gas drilling, groundwater extraction, tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.

Featuring an all-hydraulic drive system, the rotary head is powered by an axial piston pump and an inclined-axis piston motor, with a two-speed gearbox and stepless speed regulation for advanced performance. The chain-and-cylinder feed mechanism ensures smooth and reliable operation, while the lateral shifting function and hydraulically adjustable mast enable drilling at angles ranging from 45° to 90°.

The load-sensing hydraulic system delivers high efficiency and large torque. Equipped with a hydraulic rod clamp, leveling legs, and a telescopic mast, the rig allows for quick positioning. Its wireless remote-controlled crawler system adapts to various terrains and ensures safe operation from a distance.
